Billing & Subscription

This is a public billing information page. To browse plans, visit the Plans page. To manage your Organization's subscription, go to the Dashboard Billing.

The Organization owns the plan, quota, orders, and subscription. An Ingress consumes Organization quota and is not purchased, renewed, or subscribed to separately.

Warded does not offer trials and does not bill by request, traffic, bandwidth, log volume, or retention.

Free Plan

Free is a persistent low-capacity Organization plan, not a time-limited trial. Each Human Principal has one self-owned Free entitlement per site. Deleting an Organization does not reset the entitlement. You can join multiple other Organizations.

Free includes:

  • 2 Human Principals
  • 1 active Ingress
  • 2 Agent Identities
  • 5 Warded Virtual Keys
  • 2 Credential Bindings
  • 1 Warded-managed random subdomain
  • Full Team features, lower capacity

Free managed domains are reclaimable:

  • Suspended after 7 consecutive days of inactivity
  • Reclaimed after 14 consecutive days of inactivity
  • No monthly manual renewal required
  • Notification and a reasonable recovery window before reclaim
  • Original random domain not guaranteed after reclaim

Paid Plans

Before checkout, the following is displayed:

  • Current Human Principal
  • Target Organization
  • Current and target plan
  • Quota changes
  • Amount / currency / billing period
  • Auto-renew / cancel-at-period-end
  • Provider / Merchant of Record
  • Refund policy
  • Optional pending Ingress delivery

All public Paid Plans (Starter, Pro, Team) support platform-managed random domains, user-selected managed domains, and custom domains.

Global (warded.me)

  • Paddle or Creem hosted subscription
  • Manage payment methods and cancellation in the provider portal
  • Cancel at period end does not truncate the already-paid period

Downgrade And Expiry

  • Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period
  • After expiry, the Organization may downgrade to Free or be suspended
  • Resources exceeding target quota enter over-quota status and are not randomly deleted
  • Users must disable/remove resources below quota or restore a paid plan
  • Plan downgrade, resource suspension, resource deletion, and managed domain reclaim are distinct actions
  • When the current plan no longer supports an existing domain mode, a 30-day grace period applies; after expiry, binding is suspended without silently switching to a random domain or deleting the Ingress

Refunds

  • Current commercial refund policy is governed by the terms shown at checkout
  • Provider / Merchant of Record terms apply
  • Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund
  • Legal requirements, duplicate charges, platform errors, and chargebacks/disputes can be handled through support
  • Contact: support@warded.me
