This policy applies to Organization plan purchases and renewals. An Ingress is not purchased separately and has no individual refund or renewal.

Free is a persistent low-capacity plan, not a time-limited trial. Before paying, verify the target Organization, plan, quota, amount, currency, and billing period.

Refund eligibility, processing time, and provider rules are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
