We do not offer refunds.
1. No Refunds Policy
All payments are final. Both monthly and yearly plans are non-refundable.
We provide a generous free trial before any payment is required — 72 hours for monthly plans and 14 days for yearly plans — so you can fully evaluate the service before committing. Completing a payment indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to evaluate the service and accept these terms.
Where required by applicable law or by our payment processor acting as Merchant of Record (Paddle for the Global site), we will comply with any applicable refund obligations.
2. Free Trial
We provide ample free trial periods for you to evaluate the service:
- Monthly plan: 72-hour free trial
- Yearly plan: 14-day free trial
The trial period allows you to fully confirm whether the service meets your needs before payment.
3. Exceptional Handling
While we do not offer refunds, we may provide manual compensation in the following exceptional cases:
- Service interruption due to platform technical failures
- Duplicate charges (caused by payment processor errors)
- Other significant issues caused by platform responsibility
Exceptional handling is done manually and may include: service extension, discount codes, or account adjustments. This does not constitute a refund commitment.
